TIMING

What “next day” means

Next-day delivery for business card printing Singapore orders is counted from the day we ship your order out, not the day you place it.

Your cards are printed first. Standard runs print in 1–5 working days depending on the business card type and finishing. We then pack the order and hand the parcel to Teleport. From the day the parcel leaves us, it arrives the next day*.

*Teleport cut off time for shipping is 12noon. Hence for order that ready after 12 noon, Teleport will collect the parcel on the next working day.

Why we use Teleport

How your cards are packed

Cards do not travel bare. Every business card printing Singapore order is packed the same way:

  • Cards go into a plastic box and are wrapped in cling wrap for the first layer of protection.
  • The parcel is then wrapped in bubble wrap before shipping.
  • Packages are inspected and sealed by Teleport staff so they clear customs smoothly and hold the next-day schedule.

That packing is part of the RM25. It is not billed separately.

CUSTOMS

Customs, handled for you

Teleport manages the customs transit for Singapore-bound parcels as part of the service. You do not arrange a forwarder yourself.

You also no longer need a Johor Bahru address to route through, which is what many customers did before this option existed.

Paying

We accept PayNow, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet through HitPay, plus Duitnow bank transfer. PayNow is widely used in Singapore, so it is usually the quickest way to pay. Payment for business card printing Singapore delivery is taken in Malaysian Ringgit at checkout.
